"Grabbed some good variant covers for absolute batman here AND was able to get some of the mega evolutions release under market. Not sure why the shop gets hate, the owner is just tired of y'alls BS."

This store ripped me off. I bought a mega basketball card box for my son, the price was $25 more than any other retailer would have charged. I naïvely didn’t think to check the price, but in addition to that cards were in poor condition. I highly recommend avoiding this shop. Do not buy anything here as the service is poor and it is a complete rip off. I would like the owner to contact me and offer some kind of mitigation. As this basically amounts to theft.

Brutally honest review: You know comic book guy from The Simpsons? Meet comic book lady. Customer is not always right mentality but you need this sometimes. Other reviews say “unwelcoming, rude, unknowledgeable.” I would say more so defensive, only saw the lady working alone. Customer service is not going to exactly meet everyone’s expectations, but for a small shop can say she’s doing her best. Moving onto stock: Variety is decent with some hidden gems if you are interested in comics and trading cards. Prices are what you would expect from a small business (above market if not market to unlo

People, listen to the reviews here - this place is extremely disorganized and yes, the lady is quite…peculiar and not very helpful at all. Asked for help finding something, searched for like 2 mins and blamed people for moving stuff around and not putting things back in the right place. She just wants to sit around unbothered, which is an alarming trend I’m noticing in a few comic book stores I’ve visited lately. Oh, and didn’t say hi or anything when I walked in. Customer service at its finest! But again, the store was very disorganized on top of all that. Good luck

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Went there with a pocket full of Xmas cash looking to buy cards. Was completely ignored and then gas lit when I provided them a private message about heir poor service. Please don't send your money here and go to Oakland to Cape and Cowl instead. No one with money to spend any a small business deserves to be treated this way.

Don't bother going unless you are a regular with monthly pulls. If you are unfamiliar, the owner will scowl at you for being there, annoyed that you are looking at the comics, and disinterested in actually selling you anything. The store is jam packed with dusty boxes of old comic stuff, which is super appealing to some collectors. But don't be fooled, this is a personal hoard disguised as a comic shop and the prices you will be quoted will be well over value. So many boxes and shells full of dusty, 30 year old merchandise, priced to never sell. I love small comic shops, but there are so man

Drove here from hella far on Sunday. The website, Google, and even the door says they open Sundays at 11pm. We got there close to noon. It was closed. There wasn’t a notice or anything around the store that explained why it was closed. A note would’ve been good, you know? I understand things come up, but jeez this ruined plans. Ended up having to go to another comic book shop in Fremont.

Visited this store a few times and those times was uncomfortable. I witnessed each time that the female employee (might be the owner) was extremely rude to customers to the point she either snaps / yells at them or ignores them or acts upset when being asked a question. It’s hard to believe the time I am there, she is in a bad Mood. If I was treated like that I would be defending myself by fighting back. Prices are a bit overpriced and environment seems toxic
