I used to buy comic books here during college days. The place was bigger back then. It is nice to see the friendly staffs from 20 years ago still working there. It is crazy to know that their bread and butter nowadays are Pokemon and One Piece cards.

In 1999 or so (or was it 2001) I went to a writer’s camp and a reader’s camp at csulb. There was a kid at camp who played magic the gathering with me and he bought cards here for me. Not sure if this was the place but those were fun memories. I think that kid’s mother was a professor or something? Anyway he was cool and I’m kind of sad we lost touch (this was pre-facebook and I didn’t have a cell phone). Hope he’s doing well. Thanks for the memories Amazing Comics

I love this little place! I discovered it through a random Google search when I was looking for the Stranger Things comic series by dark horse. Staff is great & knowledge. It's like walking into Cheers, but for comics. They seem to know all the regulars (or at least make it seem that way!) Overall, great place. Would def recommend & I always go back.

this store is amazing. not enough of these authentic comic book stores. the owner is so nice, full of laughs, and very helpful. its a lot bigger on the inside than it seems from the outside. Great selection of comic books, toys, pops, and much much more. i can stay here for hours, haha. highly recommended.

I thought the guy in the front was a jerk I guess they are nice to people who want to buy stuff from them but not to people who want to sell it ask questions about something. I am a grandmother that was given a bunch of marvel cards and I don't know much about them ask if he would like to but then it knew if anybody else would or if they were worth anything and he was just like no To every thing I asked rudely .so I don't think he was helpful at all I have them in a folder nice wouldn't even look to see what it was just rude .

Last week, I had a very poor experience at this shop. The staff at amazing comics & cards are rude and completely uninterested in helping customers—if you’re not a regular, expect to be ignored. I was hoping to get a gift for my 7 year-old son as he's a huge fan of the marvel comics, particularly iron man. However, upon looking at some of the prices, I quickly realized that a majority of the items are a total rip-off, with common items marked up to absurd levels. The selection is pretty sparse, mostly junk or damaged goods. When I got back to my car and did some digging online, it seems like t

Great selection, but apparently, acknowledging customers isn’t part of the job description here! My cousin and I walked in, excited to browse, only to be met with... absolutely nothing. Not a hello, not a nod, not even one of those awkward retail smiles. Just pure, unfiltered invisibility. Now, I’d love to believe they were just super immersed in the latest issue of Superman, but considering we were the only ones in the store, it felt a little weird. Maybe they only acknowledge customers who look like they stepped out of a 90s comic book ad? Or maybe we triggered their cloaking device? Either
