  Best store for anyone trying to get into comics.. Ashe Ave is for sure the most down to earth store with the coolest guys running it. Anyone who has left them a bad review I know for a fact is a weirdo because the guys running the show at Ashe Avenue will always take the time to provide genuine service and answer any questions. Respect is a two way street and I think a lot of customers forget that, and even still I've even seen these guys go the extra mile and have patience for stuff that's beyond me.   I just visited this comic shop. What I experienced were friendly staff. Helped me find what I was looking for. They have a strong sense of community with all their customers. The best thing, all their comics were organized numerically. Making it easy to see if they have what you want. In other comic book shops, it might take you a minute to find what you need. Sometimes you can waste time finding out they don't have the comic you are looking for... But not here at Ash Avenue Comics. Thank guys! Keep it up.

  This is a great comic shop! They have a fantastic selection of hardcovers and collected editions, with plenty of Marvel and DC comics. I especially liked that they had a shelf dedicated to independent comics and even some handmade comics for sale - that's not something you see everywhere. The staff was really helpful and friendly, and not pushy with sales at all. They were happy to answer my questions and make recommendations, but I never felt pressured to buy anything.
