  Love this place. Last of a dying breed, maybe, sadly, last of an already dead breed. I've been able to introduce my boys to the passion I've had for 40 years to card collecting. Bernie and his family are awesome. Everytime I return, I have only great things to say. Today Bernie bought a card from me, fair price, easy transaction. Sold more cards today, 4-13, Bernie is the absolute BEST sports card guy I know. Love his shop!! My mom sent a birthday gift, Anthony and David surprised me with the news and a video for her. Everyone at best variety are the best!

  Great old school card shop. Nice friendly and knowledgeable owner. Can’t wait to stop in again. Been there a few times now and always seem to find something interesting. Owner stated he may retire in 2 years and possibly less, it will be a sad day as there are very few Old School Card Shops anywhere, worse is how close I live to Best Variety and how Homey it makes you feel. UPDATE : Only open from 11-4 on Saturdays so becomes a bit inconvenient but still worth a stop , original owners family is running store now and is more organized but not quite as knowledgeable.

  This is the best baseball card shop. My husband used to come here as a child and now we have the opportunity to bring our son. They offer a wide variety of cards. David and Anthony are very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we have. They take the time to assist in finding the perfect cards we are looking for. They also were very kind to give my son a complimentary box of cards,something he will always remember. I highly recommend this place!

  Stopped in this past weekend for the first time and just wow !!!! Great Shop has everything a collector looks for !!! Good Selection and prices of new and old wax boxes all displayed !!!! Good selection of singles. supplies and a friendly staff that is excited about the hobby, they also have a crazy selection of single packs of virtually every year and sport imaginable !!!!!

  Absolutely TERRIBLE overpriced cards, boxes, and packs! Older packs and boxes where the cards stick together as I got burned for several thousands of dollars. They didn't care. No graded or gradable cards since they grade anything decent then sell it online. Dollar cards asking for triple that. Faded cards from sunlight and uv lights. Beat up vintage cards at ridiculous prices. They change the sticker price to a new higher price when you think it's already priced but won't lower a crazy high priced card , pack or box. I've given this place tens of thousands of dollars over the years but this

  Found a Gem of a place in Glendora. A family owned Variety shop...the Best Variety shop I've come across. Coins, baseball cards, football cards, hockey cards, star wars cards, game cards, cards by year, cards by series, tin signs and all well organized(just recently). Go take a look, there's something to see and collect for everyone. Super courteous folks with an awesome tradition. It makes it worth supporting small businesses.
