  Everything is way overpriced. At the time of this review they have Paldean fates booster packs for $22 each. On tcg player they're only $11 each. They have packs way over msrp and way over market price. I do not recommend even going up to this machine.

  I encourage anyone to not use this company. Instead use your local card shops or even 2nd hand vendors. I used one of their kiosks to purchase an item for 32.50. There was only one of this item, yet they charged my card twice for 32.50. I have tried contacting their customer service number numerous times and it’s just a normal cell phone voice mail. They do not answer or return my calls. I sent an email with the proof of the double charge to their customer service email and no reply. This is a shame because I like the idea and ease of their machines even if it’s a little more cost, but to not

  Excellent service! Makes finding cards that are in stock much easier. Prices are very reasonable! Love this service! Keep up the great work! Had an issue where my booster box got stuck in the machine. (My fault I tried to vend 2 etb's and a booster box that fell in a way I had to move them so everything could be taken out of the door.) They called me immediately after sending an email to the support team and I explained what happened. They offered to send me the booster in the mail or told me I could wait until someone came to get the box unstuck and give it to me right there. I chose the form

  Stopped by the mall with the kids to check for Pokémon at GameStop. They were out, and we thought we would not be able to get any. But then we saw this vending machine! Got some English packs, newly released Japanese Pokémon (Battle Partners), and the mystery bundle. Super fun! Had a pin, stickers, some packs, and some nicer cards. Japanese Master Ball holo and Hop’s zacian. Totally seemed worth the $25.

  The pricing is absurdly high at this machine. A Shrouded Fable ETB was priced at $100-$150 but was available from Walmart for $50. A 151 booster bundle was marked up 3x or 4x.
