  This place is such a gem. My husband & kids love older gaming systems. We scored an accessory for our NES & a 2DS in amazing condition, along with some fun games.   Really cute card shop with a great atmosphere. The selection is solid, the deals are fair, and you can tell a lot of care goes into how the shop is run. They also have tons of selection in retro and modern games, along with modern and somewhat vintage Pokémon cards, which makes it easy to find something whether you’re a casual fan or a serious collector.   I’m going to be completely honest here when I say this. CAKEHOARDER GAMES RULES!!!! I love super Mario sunshine, and when I walked into the store guess what they had at the tv. SUPER MARIO SUNSHINE. My girlfriend doesn’t let me play games at the house so I went to cakehoarder games everyday to play super Mario sunshine and he let me! He even cheered me on. Him and Joey witnessed me beat the entire game, and when I beat it he was so proud of me that he posted me to his instagram!!! An unforgettable playthrough at an unforgettable store.   drove 3 hours for the grand opening and it was incredibly worth it just for the store displays alone!! the location, vibes, aesthetic, and selection was great and will only get better! very clean, organized, great prices, and minty condition games! as well as even having a selection of japanese imported games there really isn’t anyone else with the same passion as cakehoarder. it’s rare to find genuine people who do this for the love of the game 🙏 wish cake and piper nothing but success in the future!   Tons of merchandise that I've never seen in any other game shop. Video games are fairly priced, and there are lots of rare collectibles that I loved being able to see up close in person. Also, everything is in amazing condition! I've gone to plenty of retro game stores that sell heavily damaged merchandise for exorbitant prices, but at Cakehoarder Games I only found near mint condition collectibles!

  Drop two hours to visit for Cake Hoarder Games’ Grand Opening, love the spot. It’s in a great corner location, an easily findable street view spot with bright logo and colors! We came in around 5pm on grand opening day and there was still plenty of great inventory, very clean and organized, considering how stressful day 1 can be. Looking forward to seeing their success!
