  very unfriendly staff. They treat you as if you're trying to rob them, all the while price gouging their TCG products. I visited yesterday and saw them trying to sell a $16 dollar pack to a literal child and his mother for $45 before tax. They had BOXES of this product and its RELEASE DAY. its not even out of print! I saw the kid that was there at OPENING for a chance at his packs leave with tears in his eyes. Price gouging scalpers with no love for the community. Im all for supporting mom and pop shops. I don't mind paying premium to support, but over 3x on release day is super scummy. I wil

  I hate doing this. I like this place, but Josh is very unprofessional and is a liability for this store. He's a manager, does nothing, but sit at his desk. Although, he is in a managerial role, his level of active involvement is limited, and his communication style is unprofessional and disrespectful. Everyone in there that I have had an interaction with is SOOO cool. This is sad that their team is ran and lead by someone like him. Would've given this place 5 stars if it hadn't been for him.

  My daughter and I stopped here and this was our first time encounter on pokeman card shop ! The store guy was so helpful and able walk us through what they offer for the newbie’s and the experienced pokeman game players!! Fantastic place and we sure are gonna be coming back soon to get started !!

  I wanted a card that was priced at 20% above market, (small card, priced at 7.00, market is 5 dollars ) I wanted to see if I can pay market for it, seller said no, gave me a story about how on top of market, they price in shipping fee, saying since we get to see the card in person and that the 20% market charge up is reasonable. The card store takes in cards at 70%, and sells for 120% market, do not buy singles from them

  I love this place. Not only were the guys at the counter nice, they're very personable and they keep the store nice and clean. This is probably the best card shop that I've been to. It's very organized, they're really transparent about prices and overall nice people. Best LCS in the bay!
