  Had a wonderful experience with my son today at CardVault. Marco and Tyler were incredibly helpful, patient, and generous while my son was making his selections. They took the time to explain options, offered great suggestions on cards to purchase, and made the whole experience exciting for him. The store is very organized and welcoming — even for a mom who has no idea about trading card lingo. We’ll definitely be back!

  Went to the vault while we were in the area having dinner.2/14/2026 The staff was almost annoyed we were in the place. Showed him a card I had just to see if they would be interested. They said no sorry right away. It’s a 300$ downtown. They didn’t even hold the card. Even my wife said something to me about the staff. It’s unfortunate that card shop world is getting cocky and not inviting if you’re not a regular or buying off them frequently. Just to add. They weren’t interested in a day old downtown but they are selling 5$ cards in the case.

  I went with my uncle, aunt and cousin for my birthday for the opening game of the season. I wanted to come here so we did. Amazing place. One of the items I was going to get was out of stock, but that was the only bad thing. Service was amazing!

  False Advertising!!! Called them about a price on a case of Topps UFC Royalty and to have a case held for me last night. Today I call them and they upped the price on me by $700!!! Totally false advertising will be filing a report to the FTC! If they can't commit to a set price then do not tell someone a set price!

  Went for the first time here and everything was WAY beyond my expectations. First the store is super clean and is by far the coolest card store I have ever been to. They even have an actual vault there with cards inside. The guys working there were super knowledgable and very funny. Felt like I knew them my entire life. They graded some cards I brought it and ended up buying a few cards while I was there. Will totally be back with my son to get more cards!

  Went there last night 08.07.25 They didn't have much of an inventory Not impressed and over priced. My wife and son went last Wednesday. Sold ny son a $2 dollar card for $15. The place is a rip off....... Tom Brady should take his name off..
