  When I asked a question about the Pokémon, you could really tell they don’t want to help you and they’re not friendly, at least the people that helped me. The selection of the sealed Pokemon products also aren’t that great. The store is cool though and has a great selection of other collectibles, but their customer service is terrible.

  If you are hunting collectible Funko Pops or just love collecting Funko Pops, Chalice Collectibles in Westfield Topanga Mall is the best shopping place in San Fernando Valley. A vast selection of Funko Pop Collectibles. Funko Pops from all Pop Culture genres are available and they also have Valuable Collectible Rare Funko Pops (The graded, The autographed, and the vaulted Funko Pops). Aside from Funko Pops, they also have collectible trading cards available (an official retailer of Panini America). Overall this a great place to shop Funko Pops! Highly Recommended!

  What an awesome store. If you like to collect Funko pops and squishmallows this is your store. So many funkos you just don't know where to look at. It's a smaller store but not cluttered and easy to walk around in. The good thing is the employees are very attentive and are there to answer any questions you might have. Happy we stopped by.

  I’ve bought several Japanese Pokemon packs and was just recently told that Japanese packs always have hits in them. Ironically enough all the packs I open never have any. So this store probably reseals their packs. Just beware!

  Purchased sealed Eric Draven and is damaged and they won't do a single thing about it. Can't inspect a sealed can. Do not go here. Child Manager Tee didn't care or even try to assist me. Acceptions can and should be made on a case by case basis. Will not return.

  Came in to see if shop had any Pokémon 151 items. They stated they only had ETB’s in which I proceeded to buy 3! After purchasing, I opened an ETB in which was defected. Instead of it coming with 9 booster packs, 1 promo card, 1 set of energy and 1 set of sleeves, it came with 2 promo cards, 2 sleeves, 2 energy packs, and most importantly NO BOOSTER packs. I told the merchant of what happen and he quickly stated it’s final sale. I told the merchant if I can open the other 2 ETB in front of him and he stated, “it’s final sale.” Honestly I have been to this shop before and I have never had issue

  They have a huge selection of funko pops and the lady at the counter was very helpful. I asked her for a specific funko and she pointed me exactly where they are and even suggested other items of what I was specifically looking for. Now that is an excellent customer service. She answered all my questions in a very professional manner. Oh, and most of the funkos are $33 for 3! How’s that for a deal?!?! Will be coming back again.
