  Went in looking to sort through bulk. Bought a few cards, and then asked if a specific pokemon set was in the tins they had for sale. He said yes twice, yet it wasnt in the tin. Ignorance on my part not doing my own research. I would expect if they didn't know the answer, they would research before selling to a customer. I'll be finding a different store to buy/sell/trade all my TCG at. Either way you cut it, unknowledgable or untruthful employees.

  I am new to One Piece and was bringing in a card I thought was crazy high value. They let me know I was wrong about the version I thought I had and let me know I actually had the version that was over twice as valuable and made me an offer on the correct card. They easily could have taken advantage of me and I never would have known but they chose the high road. They deserve more stars than Google allows.

  Came into the shop Wednesday. There was not a single other customer there the entire time I was there. The 2 employees never even looked up to acknowledge us. I went to the single case that the employee was standing at and mentioned that I was wanting to pick up a couple cards and the still never acknowledged me. Won't be back.

  Anything Pokémon is overpriced, most workers are uncooperative and rude. Don't bother calling them to ask a question, the answer is different depending on who picks up the phone. Only reason the rating isn't a 1 is because they do have a good collection of stuff to offer.

  Coming into Collectomaniacs for sanctioned Saturday Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments has become a steady part of our regular schedule. My 12 year old has learned so much about playing cards from more seasoned players. The staff are the kindest people around. While my son is playing cards, I am able to walk around and look at the collection of Funko Pops, Scary Toys, Plushies, Decorative, and cards. I also have the option of sitting in a corner and reading a book while my son has the best time. I love how inclusive and inviting thr environment is for everyone who walks through the doors.
