  Good selection of memorabilia. You won't see many stores that have so much stuff crammed into a tiny store. Every bit of space is filled with something. Not a good place for sports cards though which is really disappointing. The singles are overpriced. Boxes of cards are listed marked double what you can find them online for. They've ruined their own high end cards in the display due to the constant exposure to the lighting. What a shame. The same cards for sale have been sitting in the cases for years. Goes to show how little they care about selling sports cards. The staff are not kn

  I've never had a bad experience going here except once when the credit card machine was down. There is a huge selection of all sports including hats, jerseys, clothing, and novelty stuff. The prices are pretty comparable to other stores, but their selection is much better than, say, Lids (I can't think of retailers that carry a lot of sports apparel).

  You can get just about anything you see in here online for the same price or cheaper if they're having a sale online. Due to a lower overhead the owner can't really afford to compete with those flash sales you see online, so he rarely has "good" sales that go on. This company has turned into a mini franchise he's got a store at East view Mall, Market Place Mall, Waterloo Premium Outlets, Destiny Mall, Niagara Fashion Outlets. If they don't have a specific item or size at the store you're in they can look at other stores inventory and send it to other stores so you don't have to drive all over

  Returned a gift with a gift receipt. Expected store credit. Customer service employee stated the charge will go back to original purchaser (awkward). Now have to contact gift giver and ask for cash (even more awkward). Employee stated nothing can be done. Asked to have owner/management call to discuss-employee took phone #, but nobody returned call. No wonder online purchases are closing all the brick and mortar stores. No customer service!!!!
