They took the time to go through everything thoughtfully, explained the value of different items, and offered a fair price without any pressure. It can be emotional parting with memorabilia that holds family history, but they made the process smooth and comfortable. You can tell they truly love the hobby and treat customers with honesty.   Great shop, has everything, comics, action figures, merchandise and a great knowledgeable staff. We had great customer service since we were unfamiliar with the industry and we needed a gift for our grandchildren. We were very pleased with the recommendation from the very kind and helpful staff.   I have driven past their sign on the freeway thousands of times but had never visited until now. I was very impressed not only with the friendly staff, but their amazing selection of things. My pictures don't do it justice. You really need to check this place out. They've since moved to a different suite in the building. The new location is great.

  Guy with the eye patch needs to work on his tone and don’t treat people like children. Came in to simply exchange an unopened item (I had the receipt too) and proceeded to tell me in a condescending voice that I did it wrong because I didn’t go up to the counter first and I could have been potentially stealing from them. Well how the heck am I suppose to know that? If you all are that worried about people stealing just check your inventory numbers and see, what you have in stock and look at the receipt and item. I gave him an opportunity to apologize but he just said “what do I need to apol

  I first discovered Comic Quest when I move to California. The people there are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. There's never an "issue" 🤣 finding what I need. They sell comics, collectibles, and gaming supplies, and they even have a room at the back for gaming, on certain nights. I highly recommend Comic Quest!
