  I reached out to this establishment because on Google, it says that they were open and they answered the phone. I had a bunch of Pokémon cards that ended up being worth thousands of dollars. They told me that they were going to research the cards and give me a call right back 4 to 5 hours passed, and I ended up having to call them. It turns out they even texted me. I have the proof in the text message. It turns out they decided to watch The Super Bowl. They did no research on the Pokémon cards, so I went to another place and got cashed out. Never go to this place. They are liars, bad customer

  went with a roommate and other friends to "casual commander night" thats a joke most people bring in illegal decks no one takes accountability for people cheating. The last night i was in i saw roger old gentleman down on his luck 2nd pod of the night getting mana screwed like everyone has happened to them he finally gets a mana dork out and this kid literally shocks it with his 11k tournament deck in casual the old man didnt even get to play a single card all night he literally scooped his cards and left i have never felt so bad for another magic player. then the person in charge allows this

  I've done 2 collection appraisals and sold some Magic cards to these folks twice now and they are fantastic. Very transparent about pricing, stock, and allotments, the customer service is great, and not only the staff but the regular customers as well are all very friendly in my experience. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy and sell singles, just get a few casual games in, or even just talk about the TCG hobby.

  I've come here a couple times and each time it hasn't been a pleasant experience. Commander players here are very exclusive, and if you are a new player I would suggest a more welcoming community. Also management is disjointed and inconsistent. I called in to trade a few commander staple cards a few days ago. Was told they would take them, but that I would have to call back for the owner to be in the store (why he wasn't in the store on a Friday afternoon is a little baffling). So when I called back on Sunday, I spoke to a different person who wasn't the owner and they said they would not be

  The amount of miscommunication and lack there of, is amazing with the store. They advertise that they buy sell and trade all trading card games, but there’s only one person that can do it? Why would they tell you to come in the early afternoon when they (the owner) are not gonna be here? Having staff that mindlessly plays cashier is insane when running a trading card store, because you need to be multifaceted when running this type of business and not just “schedule an appointment” you need to be ready at all times to actually be a business, and not when it’s convenient.   I had called and was told that I could come through to sell cards after Magiccon. Arrived in the late afternoon only to find that the one that handles the buys will not be on site until after 6pm. Why would you advertise as a buyer if you do not have the capability to handle such things on site? It was a waste of time and resources to make my way out there and then be told that they were not able to buy until later. I do not recommend trying to do business with them as it pertains to etiquette and character for a place such as this.
