Cory’s Cards and Games is easily the best local shop around not just for the huge selection of cards and games, but for the kind of person Cory is. When I first got into Magic: The Gathering back in covid, Cory was the one who helped guide me on my journey. He took the time to explain things, helped me build my first deck, and never once made me feel out of place or overwhelmed. He’s always there to listen, whether you're a seasoned player or brand new. That kind of patience and personal care is something you don’t find at most stores. What really makes this place stand out is that Cory runs

Corey is extremely condescending, rude, and I highly recommend anywhere else for people looking for Magic the Gathering product. He makes no effort to earn the business and trust of his customers and instead expects everyone who walks through his store to devote 100% of their business to him like he’s some kind of godlike figure. He refuses to let shoppers look through binders like most stores, and then will flat out refuse to look for any product that “isn’t worth his time” (his own words). Seriously, Fire & Ice is right down the street and they actually make an effort to make people feel lik

My friend was in town and we were looking for a cardshop to check out. We picked Coreys at random and when we arrived were shocked at how welcoming the owner was. He was so nice we were genuinely shocked since most shop owners we've met are usually indifferent at best, but he greeted us like we were family. Amazing place, havent been back since my friend left, but def will be going back once I have some cash to burn lol

A close friend of mine recommended Corey's to me a while back and I decided to give it a shot. Initially the owner was super nice and helpful. He was there when i needed a question answered and overall I'd say my experience was good. The more and more I came back the less attentive, nice, and respectful he became, which I see he's done to more than just me. Unless you devote your life to Corey and his store, and swear to go nowhere else he treats you like dirt. He loves to talk down to you condescendingly, waste your time, and flat out lie to you. Although he has a good selection of cards and

Corey's shop is a friendly environment. Friday night magic has been awesome with him as the host. He allows you to test out pre con decks during Friday nights and this allowed me to see other decks in action that I was considering buying for myself. If you are a noobie to the game or an expert, this is the place for you! Once you experience his genuine and honest personality, you wont want to go to another card shop.

Met Corey a few days ago and he was super cool. Very welcoming and chill would definitely come back.

I used to shop at Corey’s Cards and Games almost every day, but over time the experience became increasingly negative because of the owner, Corey. While he is friendly to new customers at first, once you become a regular he decides whether to treat you like a friend or treat you poorly. In my case, it was the latter. He often made rude remarks, pressured me about spending more money, and was dismissive when I asked for help. Corey also has a habit of wasting customers’ time. He would promise to pull product, only for me to come back later and find he had either forgotten, denied I asked in th

If you're into Magic: The Gathering, Corey's Cards & Games is a must-visit. Their selection is excellent—tons of singles, sealed product, and accessories for every kind of player. Whether you’re brewing a new Commander deck or picking up the latest set, they make it easy to find what you need. Corey and the staff really know their stuff. They’re always friendly, helpful, and happy to talk cards—no pressure, no attitude, just solid advice and great service. You can tell they care about both the game and the players. It's rare to find a shop that balances good inventory with genuinely great cu
