  Employees seem like they do not want to be there. They pretty much ignore you if you aren't a regular and are very stand offish. One staff member was playing in the One Piece tournament and was constantly talking over my game with comments like "you're cooked bro" and "just finish the game already" while his friend was the one playing slowly. Never coming back.

  I’ve been here a handful of times with my boyfriend and honestly it has been a disappointment every time. Employees are rude and cold, mainly the older bigger white guy that sits behind the counter in the secondary room; he always has a standoffish attitude and has at times flat out ignored questions about product. As far as their singles go for Pokemon (IRs and SIRs), there has never been more than like fifteen at a time in the case whereas other card shops have a LOT more.   I bought two pokeballs packs where extremely loose I open them and I find a card definitely not from surging sparks and dust and grime on the card I walked right back into the store I didn’t even leave the front of there store didn’t ask for a refund made it very clear I would not be buying from them and I have no problem making the pokemon community aware all he said was they came directly from pokemon I asked for proof and none was provided

  It's a cool little spot. I enjoyed my time here. Trey was very nice and well organized for the tournament. The store is a little cluttered. I haven't been here in a couple years but it is better than it was before period it looks like they also got an expanded room, so there's more spacing for gaming.

  I was excited to find a local shop like this one to support but i was met with poor customer service. The dude behind the counter made me feel rushed and like he was annoyed i asked him about pokemon stock. I then asked questions and he could not hear me because of the headphones he had on. Overall i just felt unwelcomed. Selection is good. Prices are okay too. the store itself was cool. not sure if i’d come back after that experience.   Net met anyone so it’s a 2. Can’t say much about the staff, because they weren’t there. I came in and stayed 5 minutes with no one coming out or even acknowledging I was there. I hope these guys can turn that around. There aren’t many shops near by. Which is probably why this one still exists.
