  I’ve been here so many times and every time is a great time. I but all the Pokémon cards from here and play the game here sometimes as well, it’s an amazing local shop with lots of different genres and interests they have available. 💀💀💀unfortunately this time I didn’t get very good pulls but that’s alright. Got the booster bundle box with 6 booster packs today I’ll add any other pictures I get later when I get more 😉 I love this place 11/10 would 100% recommend

  Expect less than stellar customer service if the owner is not there. I've been to this shop over a dozen times, the customer service is poor from the main employee. The owner is great and friendly when he is present you can expect top notch service. I'd go to their Fallon shop or head to the Coffers in Sparks it is unfortunate because the shop has the potential to be a great local, fun, and welcoming environment, but one person (who is always there) can ruin the experience. I will not be returning. I do not recommend.

  I have probably spent close to $5k at this store in the past year, and stop by about 4-5 times a week. Got told by the owner (Tim) he would set aside an ETB for me on release day. I get to the store and the guy acts like he doesn’t even know me. Says “we prioritize the players”.. but not your other customers huh? I would understand if you ran out of ETB’s but to straight up lie to a customer and then act like you don’t care about my business is wild. I will not be shopping here again.

  I ride my bike by this place several times a week and I finally decided to stop in and check it out. I am looking for the game Gloomhaven which unfortunately has been discontinued. The service I received from Allie was excellent. She answered all my questions and I left feeling that I will definitely be doing business with this establishment in the future. Good variety of games, tabletop miniatures, and collectibles. They also have a large gameroom for tournaments. Highly recommended...Thumbs up!
