  A really cool store and prices are what you expect for a hobby shop. I was pretty disappointed in the customer service. I’m sure they were tired from a Saturday rush but I couldn’t get a single helpful response from the guy. I grabbed a few cards and tried to make a small deal on some cards comped way under sticker and got immediately shut down. They may just not do deals which is fine and I also understand businesses need to make overhead but I just got a “no” and then walked away with the cards.   DNA Cards & Collectibles is the BEST in the Valley. Brought my son in there to start his card collecting journey and Matt took the time to walk us through the best options to start.   Honestly surprised how many comments are complaining about customer service or the staff. Used to live next door to these guys. Been in there a million times. Never had one negative experience with the staff or the owners. They're really nice and helpful. They've also got a ton of product available, boxes and singles. That's all of the good. The bad is that, even for a hobby store, they are crazy expensive.   They have an awesome selection of Pokemon and Sports cards. Collectibles that even the experts haven't found. I was given a fair Quote for the Pokemon cards I brought in to sell and happily accepted the cash payment. This store is well organized, clean, and quiet. The employees are professional and knowledgeable. This shop is a rarity. Polite and timely.

  Stop reading this comment and just go here you won't regret it. However if you need to be convinced as to why I'll tell you about my experience here. First off I'm a avid collector with a very large collection and have never sold any of my cards and due to the large scale of what I wanted to sell I was referred here by a friend. I called and spoke with the owner who was very easy to talk to about making this transaction smooth, he assured me even though he wasn't there his employees could take care of it no problem. Now with it being a 45 minute drive I was nervous not dealing with the owner
