Their prices beat out every other shop and big box stores and they make sure their products end up in the hands of the locals in their community.   Save yourself some time and go to Games Explosion across the street. Worst customer service ever. The guy with the beard and glasses was zero help. Huge attitude and ego. I brought some cards in to sell and asked for a number in cash and store credit. It is not lost on me that comping cards can be time-consuming, but I was the only person in the shop. He said due to his system I have to pick either a cash number (50%) or store credit (65%). I was already turned off by the experience, so I only handed over about 10 cards. It took him less than 2 minutes to give me a cash offer. So realisticall

  An amazingly personable shop. They greet you when you walk in the door and actually make you feel welcome. Whether you play dnd, card games, or boardgames they have so much table space and goodies to sell. if you're a collector, a fan or just learning, the staff is always ready and willing to help or strike a conversation. This place is worth the drive, I personally love the super fair/easy pokemon drops and going to the monthly pokemon trade nights.

  CUSTOMER SERVICE-the manager with the beard and skinny sent me to the computer by the door rather than helping me find some cards. PRICES-some prices compared to TCG and Card Kingdom are overpriced. PRODUCT-overall they have a lot of stuff but when they run out it seems like they don't really care to refill it in a timely manner, so I have to go somewhere else to get product. Overall rating as of recent experience is subpar at best
