  Good customer service, friendly staff, and informative responses to questions! We came in looking for a less available board game and the employee there was able to help us find the specific one we were looking for. When we called in later to buy some more card sleeves, they were also very helpful in making sure we got the correct sleeve sizes. Fair pricing with other board game shops across the Bay Area too.

  I live in an absolute game store desert over two hours away. But I travel through Dublin every month or so, and I have now stopped twice at this store. And I plan to do so again very soon. They were extremely helpful. Offered to even order what they didn't have in stock, and were very friendly. The staff are knowledgeable, and were welcoming to a stranger. Well worth getting off the freeway for.

  Edit. I went in again to give this place another try. The employees were friendly and the single card selection is pretty broad. I disagree with ordering your cards on a labtop before you can buy them. Especially when there is only one labtop cause the person on the labtop before me was on there for a while. So I was standing around for most of the time I was there. I was able to get the cards I wanted though. Glad I gave them another try as my previous experience was terrible.

  They have great magic events like commander nights every Friday, and drafting. They also have other events but I mostly go here for Magic. Pretty good selection of magic cards at fair market prices. Selling singles you get about 65% value of the cards which is standard at most card shops. Both people that work there have been very friendly so far and I've been going l weekly/biweekly for the past 2 months or so. Happy to have found a fun game shop I like near me.

  Employees will do anything but make you feel welcome. Used to come after school as a kid and man did they run it down since. Makes a hobby feel like a chore going in here Edit: Owner being argumentative on the response of a CUSTOMER review is exactly what I'm talking about. Went last weekend and was so disappointed with the services that it bled into next week. When visiting other card stores nearby they were so welcoming that it made me sure about how bad my experience was at galaxy. Multiple other shops have many tables with people doing drafts, packed events, etc. Bad service isn't a produ

  TLDR: Most welcome LGS ever, super LGBTQIA+ & beginner friendly. Also very good pricing! This is literally the most welcome card shop I’ve ever been to. I am pretty new to magic and people were being so kind and walking me through how the game works and being so encouraging. I just moved to the area and have not been able to unpack my Magic decks yet, so I wasn’t even planning on playing, but EVERYONE was offering me their decks to play (even REALLY expensive ones) without a second thought.
