  Absolutely fantastic place! I’m currently collecting as many dunsparce and dudunsparce cards and a very kind employee was able to find me a bunch of ex cards I was searching for! All at a reasonable price! And not to mention that I bought a few ETBs and a blooming waters to rip and got some very good cards! The employees were all so kind and so passionate with what they do! Once I pulled one of the big chase cards in Mega Evolutions they all celebrated! Just a very warm and inviting place! Not to mention their prices are incredible! Just go here!   For how busy it was, employees were helpful just looked tired but still, solid. Prices for sealed were a bit on the pricier side but understandable as they have a physical location in addition, the singles were priced well. Some of the policies they had I've never experienced before (ex. Holding your ID if you're checking a card over $100) and the group behind me seemed just as flabbergasted but again, understandable. The biggest gripe is the guy in the corner alone who I'm assuming is the owner; would recommend not even approaching him. I'm assuming other reviews calling the owner(?) out is r

  The owner of this place is a gate keeping creep. He has never made me felt welcome in his shop. I have spent 100s of dollars at this place, and am treated as if I’m stealing or not worth the owners time. Let me go say that my interactions with his employees have been very positive, the store has a decent selection, decent prices, and is clean. As a local business owner my self, I pride myself on customer relationships, customer loyalty & customer satisfaction. There are other card shops with much better vibes, I would suggest them.

  Ran into them at their booth at the Washington State Fair. I had won a giant Gengar plush and the owner offered me an incredibly reasonable trade offer. Unfortunately I couldn’t bite the bullet but ended picking up some product from them almost 20% under market. Can’t recommend them enough, thanks so much!

  Called to ask if they were stocked up on One Piece OP13 cards during a prerelease. Was met with a sarcastic “Why would we? It doesn’t come out until next week”. Some shops do offer product the week before release, hence the call. It’s simple enough to just say that you’re not selling til the actual release date, or just mention that you need to enter the prerelease tournament to make a purchase. Simple as that. No need for the jerk response. I’m sure this shop is great but wow, what a first impression to make over the phone. Definitely won’t be entering any prerelease tourney here this weeken

  I used to love this place! Lately the atmosphere has become so draining, and some of the employees make you feel like such an inconvenience just for coming in. I used to like to come in and browse the cards, but for now I have been frequenting other card shops because the environment has gone so downhill. The employees are obviously very unhappy. Still 2 stars for the cards, but I would give a 0 for customer service the past 10/10 times I’ve been in

  I am Autistic and my speech is slightly different than normal. Doesn’t mean I can’t read a room.The last few interactions I’ve had with the owner I don’t understand. I’ve been met with eye rolling and short one word answers, lve personally made excuses of maybe he’s just having a bad day. I’ve always handled his cards with care when I look through singles and never complain about the prices , respect goes both ways . I should be happy leaving a store knowing that I just supported a local business. Not leaving feeling like I did something wrong. For the record the staff is amazing.
