  I read another review that said the employees make you feel like you're bothering them. I couldn't agree more. I came in on Christmas eve (I know, probably a terrible day). But they were NOT slammed. They had maybe fifteen people in the store total. I asked to see the MTG singles as I am looking for a specific card. The employee who was standing at the counter literally not doing anything told me that, not only was their website down to check if they had it in stock, but that he/they were too busy to allow me to look at them.   Ya need to be happier in there. In all my years coming here it’s always so down tone. You ask for Pokemon and they make you feel like you’re bothering them. I thought With the new store things would change but no. Ya have most peoples dream job and ya choose to be this way. Please do better.

  I LOVED coming into this store when it was in the last location but now? Not so much. Biggest reason I went in was mainly for the Comics but I noticed they completely got rid of them (now just a handful🤷🏻‍♂️). It also just feels… Boring? Everything is to spread apart & doesn’t feel very organized. Past Location woulda been 5 Stars but since they moved it just feels mediocre tbh. I used to go in every time I went to the mall but now I just look at the store & walk past it. Hopefully they decide or possibly make a designated wall for comics someday…

  I’ve been in this shop at least a half dozen times now, and the service is consistently sub-par or nonexistent. Outdated stock of TTRPG books they’re still charging MSRP on(come get your leather-bound playtest Pathfinder books a year after the playtest was over), overpriced kid toys, and a selection of collectible minifigures. Staff hide behind the counter unless they’re actively stocking things, and asking questions is unacceptable or treated with outright disdain. I’ve even had the experience of attempting to purchase an item and the employee working the register was outright dismayed at the

  Went to visit the new location, they moved into the mall. I have to say, it is okay. Big for sure and more room. Better location to have customers see the store. However they have gotten rid of their tables. No place to sit and play a game of Magic or D&D. For that I will give it three stars. Other than that, the new location looks great! Update: To Games Galore, thank you for setting me straight. Helped if I looked a little more into the store.
