  I am very disappointed with the level of service I received. During my visit, an employee spoke to me in a disrespectful and dismissive manner. He told me directly that I should have already decided which cards I wanted before changing my mind, and stated that he could have sold them sooner instead of holding them for me for a week. Throughout the entire interaction, I remained polite and respectful. Despite this, his tone and comments were unnecessary and unprofessional. Ultimately, he handed me the cards for free, remarking that they were inexpensive (approximately $0.75), which came across

  Staff is super friendly! My group rents the private room for our DnD sessions, and it's perfect. It's clean, the table is big enough for all of us, and it's close to the bathrooms which are also very clean.
