  I dropped off a game used jersey in late November to be framed. A week after dropping it off I was informed that it should be ready the following week. I had not heard anything so I gave this location and call and was told they never received the pictures I had requested inside of the frame, after some investigating they were in their spam folder. I drove up to the store 2 weeks later and was met with attitude from staff trying to blame me for them not receiving the photos.   Great Moments is an excellent Sports Memorabilia spot located in Westminster and Perry Hall. The store is slanted toward Orioles and Ravens memorabilia, as you would assume, but they do have quite a large selection of baseballs, minis, jerseys, pictures, equipment, cards and more. John and Josh who run the shop are very friendly and do a great job hosting daily auctions, mystery boxes, public and private signings, and everything else the sports fan could want. They also do custom framing. Go say hello, you won’t regret it.

  Was told this was the location to buy high end singles. Drove an hour to get here and was told they have 0 singles available as all of them in the safe and they have no access. Had thousands ready to spend and was met with attitude. Terrible experience and customer service.

  I don’t ever do any reviews on anyone but I felt like I had to with these guys. Every year I get my son a autographed mini helmet of a Ravens player as part of his Christmas gifts. I was on the hunt this year and didn’t want to buy from overpriced fanatics that also take over a month to arrive. So I searched on google and found some sites that had some terrible reviews and found out they also said they had things in stock but they weren’t. Stumbled on Great Moments.
