I received a booster box from this company (via Amazon) and my packs were clearly tampered with and all the rare cards were removed. What a scam. Don’t buy from these guys. Maybe they didn’t know, but either way their merchandise can’t be trusted. Really disappointed.

Great selection of singles. Unlike most pokemon stores which sell singles for above the market price, the cards sold here are all at a perfectly fair price (market price), sometimes even rounded down. You can also order whichever singles you want on their website and they will likely have a majority of the ones you want. I've been able to get many vintage and XY era cards because of them. Huge selection of pokemon products (ETBs, packs, etc), all fairly priced especially when compared to the other pokemon stores in New York. Some of the boxes are very cheap for what they are, with 4 SW/SH era

Awful vendor, sells opened card packs as new. Tampers with them before shipping and removes all the rare cards. They have a ton of reviews echoing the same thing on Amazon and instead they just continue doing this. Do NOT buy from these crooks. From my set they stole: 3 of the rare promo cards. and ALL the booster packs were opened and were missing 3-4 cards each. My guess is they steal the cards before shipping to customers, then sell the individual cards to people at their physical storefront. Avoid doing business with these people.

I am a big supporter of hobby stores, and this place, years ago, was a wonderful place to go to for anything trading card game or tabletop. But the past few years of passing by I've seen a gradual decline of atmosphere and service. I really hope the owners/staff do better, I want this place to succeed. This boxes of product for shipping all around the store and tables prevent you from seeing almost any product, and navigating the store is pretty much either a maze or hazard for knocking down product or having an accident. Staff at the register can be rather dry or act bothered when asking f

Im a mtg player and im piss off that this is the only store around. When you walk in there so many boxes that it look like a storage room. A guy told me to order online and within 24 hours they will reply its been 48hrs. It sucks for people like me who enjoy playing mtg n can't get no cards for it or service at the only location near me.

Packs were OBVIOUSLY resealed and tampered with. Offered me NO compensation even when I discussed it with a worker there, and showed them proof. Absolutely horrible how they scammed both me and my kids. I hope you enjoyed taking the fun out of that Operpon EX Premium Collection. $40 down the drain.

Didn't really have a great experience here. Popped in on a random afternoon and my first sight was a big pile of boxes crowding the store. I didn't want to seem rude and leave right away so I started asking questions just about the shop and their items. Gentleman helping me was not interested and just seemed like he wanted to go back to his friends in the back. Prices were and are egregious. Gundam booster is selling 160 at Tcgplayer and they sell for 210 online. Selling ABOVE market for some sealed products is quite the bold move. They sell scalper prices on amazon as well if you look them u

This place is getting review bombed on Amazon for selling resealed product- they had to resend due to it being open. I will update if my 2nd order is open or not as I will go through amazon for refund. UPDATE: okay so the second order came through and all was well!! the UPC was in good condition and sealed-although the seal was a little weird lol. Ultimately pretty satisfied.
