I explained my situation that I would like to purchase any Pistons 4xl gear cause I can't find anything like that in Missouri and they were extrememly helpful and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

  I can tell the people who left bad reviews didn't take the time to contact Kruk Cards prior to leaving harsh words. If they had, they would be raving about how Kruk went out of their way to correct the issue and make them a satisfied customer! In a 30,000sqft warehouse full of SKU #'s on every item, sometimes the wrong item gets pulled, or the customer receives something that was meant for someone else, or the inventory was miscounted...but unless you contact them, how are they supposed to know and fix the problem for you? Those who do take the time to send a message or give them a call end

  Bought from here before. Didn’t have an issue the first time. The second time, I had an issue. Steve messaged me back with a sarcastic and rude response. Messaged him back. No response. Unprofessional, lost a customer. If you ever choose to buy team issued or game used equipment, please go check out truvalue123 or hblakewolf out on eBay instead, and don’t waste your time with Steve.

  Trying to sell to them was frustrating and a waste of time. I had a large quantity of complete sets and some unopened material to sell and I was short on time. I decided I would give Kruk a try because of close proximity and my positive buying experiences over the years with them (eBay and Beckett). I contacted Kruk through the website and sent my inventory list. Communication was by email which was fine by me. However they did not decline, nor did they agree to buy my items.   Despite several phone calls to them over the course of a couple weeks and asking for them to kindly return the call, no one ever did. YOUR loss, truly your loss. You have had ample time in four weeks now to return a telephone call. Most definitely NOT a place I would care to do ANY business with at all.
