  My friend and I went into the store today and had a great time. We met the manager Marissa and her staff and they were absolutely amazing. Mariesa really knows what's popular and what’s trending. Can’t wait to get back.

  This is my third bad occurrence with this store/ location. 2 of the occurrences were about Sonny Angels and I asked them if they were in stock and all employees said no even though they had a post on instagram saying that they were in stock. One of the times I had to stay in the store before the employee decided to give in and open the box in the clear case so my sister and I could buy some. Another time I saw a hiring sign in the window and I later called and asked if I could bring in a resume and the employee just said they weren’t hiring and hung up.   This was based solely on the employees that were working when I went in. Being from out of state my family and I love shops like these. But the customer service was terrible. They stared at us like we didn’t belong there. After making my purchase, I had to ask for them to put my items in a bag. Tho smiles, no thank yous, just disgusting stares. Should reallly retrain these girls on customer service if you want to make money. Especially when I spent a good amount today in there. Cashier on my receipt was Alejandra.

  I love this place! It has all of my favorite anime from Sailor Moon to Neon Genesis Evangelion to Demon Slayer. This place also has Disney merch as well! Be ready to be stuck inside the store for a while because you'll be at awe with everything you see. They provide good customer service and the place is clean. If you visit, I hope you'll enjoy the visit as much as I did.

  I love this place ! Only issue with the store is that it's really expensive. Compared to anime jungle in Los Angeles it's a bit more pricey. And they do sell some knock off things too. I've gotten some figures there as well as some anime merch. Not a bad place . Just wish the staff there didn't give attitude. Other than that they are really nice place to go to

  Beautiful place. Just when I thought I wasn't going to see another anime store in this mall, I found this place. Everything is clean inside and the cashier was nice. Hope they keep this business running for a long time and doesn't disappear like other stores did.
