  Unprofessional. Rude. The customer service representative who identifies as “Luna” will not go very far in life with her poor attitude and overall lack of knowledge especially in this industry. Beware of comic book sets that are taped together as the sets in this store are sold INCOMPLETE. My friend and I (who dabble in the industry) were blown away by how unprofessional and dirty the store was. The male who identified as Michael could most likely benefit from training his staff to A: know how to answer the phone professionally, B: train staff to speak coherently to clients and C: if staff has

  One of the worst place to visit and trade , went to get a book exchange only to be met with police , his words were “.”I need to make a profit “ , I’ve been shopping at his establishment for a very longtime and only had this issue once , I waited for police only to have a ringer tell me to leave the property , offficer gets it and said please dnt shop here so words to the wise
