  Talk about maximizing awesomeness in a small space! While Moxie is not the largest TCG storefront in the area, they certainly are a great one. They have a ton of products as well as a decent play area. I was very impressed with their mtg selection. Lots of commander precons available and a good selection of boosters at fair prices. Additionally, they have their singles organized nicely into binders. They have a wide variety of gaming accessories from card sleeves to play mats to deck boxes.   Moxie has been a very bright point in my life. I only discovered them about 9 months ago and even though I live 45 mins away, I am always so excited to grab a coffee or Monster and hang out. I really value that this shop is a safe space, especially as a woman. I absolutely LOVE that they have so many bulk boxes I can just sit and peruse, especially as a long time pokemon card collector. I also love their fair prices and pre-orders and how they limit new stock so that everyone has a fair chance of getting something.   Woah I get to the 100 review woahhh. Anyways, Moxie to me is the best TCG store in Des Moines. Small store but somehow I find more things I want here than other places. From MTG, to Gundam and other Bandai games and supplies they have a nice selection at fair prices. The team here is really nice and always willing to help you with your needs and wants. The community that collects and plays here is also a nice vibe. A 10/10 store that everyone should check out.

  My experience with this place started off pretty well, however, after they had advertised and told everyone that in order to be able to get a box of the newest One Piece set we had to play in an event. I was lucky enough to have the night off in order to participate in the first event that kicked off to be eligible to purchase a booster box for MSRP. The date in which they’d let us know by would be February 20th. I was notified by someone else that they got a text message and had asked if I received mine for having played in the event as they had advertised. I stated I had not received a text

  I'm not sure how the in-store experience is with this shop... However, if you're ordering from these guys online it's an absolute nightmare. I preorder some Avatar collector packs from these guys back in October. Here we are December third 10 days after release and I can't get them to send me the packs I paid for. So, I asked for a refund multiple times. Can't get them to send me a refund. So, this review is my only recourse before they either act or I ask for a chargeback. By the way, my two brother's also ordered from this shop at the same time and are all experiencing the same issue. None
