Ordered a prismatic figure collection and while it sat with USPS for a week in a sorting center--not mystics fault, weather was bad-Mystic did a great packing job. Good box, heavily taped and packing peanuts were in the box to prevent damage. 10/10 service and will buy from them again. Figure collection came DAMAGE FREE AND TAMPER FREE

Walk in, wasn’t greeted. My boyfriend was looking at their products and a guy across the store yelled at him that he can’t look at those cards and to put them down. The other guy behind the computer didn’t say anything till the very end but I’ll say he was very polite when he talked to us. Overall, the first experience less than 30 seconds in the store turned me into a never returning patron. Overpriced, rude staff, and a very uncomfortable environment. Don’t waste your time OR money there.

This seems to be a reoccurring theme. Multiple families have had issues and rex has defended his business model and employees. Don't go here!!!!! A COMPLETE TRAIN WRECK OF A STORE — WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES TO DIE Avoid this place at all costs. The customer service here isn’t just bad—it’s nonexistent. The staff shows a level of indifference so extreme it feels intentional. They don’t greet you, they don’t help you, they don’t even acknowledge that you’re standing right in front of them. If you’re a new customer, consider this your warning: don’t waste your time or your patience here. A

Well this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a store. I pulled a rather large card and called ahead and asked about what kind of %s they offered. They offered 10% lower then what was recently advertised by the owner online in facebook groups but whatever, the market is forever evolving. After doing some calling around it seemed like this was the best place to take my card, with a guaranteed range of what they would pay based off of active sold listings and a "come on down" I then arrived 2 hours later. It was about a 45 minute drive and when I walked in I was hardly met with a

My son just recently got heavily into playing Pokemon TCG after collecting for a couple years. We have been up there for the open play a handful of times and the staff and players are super respectful even with his lack of game knowledge. They great him when we come in and talk to him by name. He loves it here and is treated with respect.

Mystic is the best places to buy cards in my experience. The items are always in great condition when they arrive and I have never had. A single issue with any of my orders with them. In a time where a lot of card shops have been struggling to run effectively, Mystic has stayed strong and consistently delivered excellent service.

Walked in, had to walk out, smelled like an abandoned washing machine in the depths of chernobyl. Stock was decent, but dear God, the smell. I know not all stores are like this, but put some hygiene standards for customers. It's better for business.
