Purchased a boardgame from their website. Nowhere did it indicate it would be a used copy. What I received is terrible quality and disgusting left overs from a previous owner. Ill be sending it back for a refund and taking my business elsewhere. EDIT: Customer service aka Blake was very quick on a return label and apology for the condition of the boardgame. It's worth noting that the game did indeed show as used, but I as the purchaser must have missed the tag. Regardless, I was informed the condition of the game was unacceptable and a refund was quickly issued.

The staff here was very helpful while trying to coordinate shipping labels for a trade in, However when I discovered they were in Wisconsin i decided to deliver my trade in in person and it was a great decision. This is a great FLGS. I went on a Saturday and there were several events happening, a private room with a TTRPG, learn to paint, some tabletop wargaming, and a local artist booth. The store was well stocked with a great selection of new and used titles at awesome prices. I went a little overboard during my visit and then again online after receiving my generous trade in credit. All

Love this place. Definitely the largest games store i have ever scene. Keep in mind that when you walk in, what you see is only 1% of their stuff. Definitely look on their website to peruse all their treasures.

i absolutely love this business. everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. their selection of cards and products is large and orders are always completed quickly for me. one specific thing i appreciate is none of them pretend to know everything about cards and collectibles/games. they love to learn and discuss different things. or talk in general, or leave you completely alone if that’s what you prefer. coming here on my day off to sort through bulk or look through stock is one of my favorite activities. calm and clean environment aswell.

Truly the most massive game store! A huge selection on the shelves and they said only about 2% of their inventory was out. They have a massive library you can order new and used board games from. Checkout was fast, store staff was attentive, and provided boxes to carry games with. Their clearance cave is mostly things like Sorry! And Trivial Pursuit. Good if you're looking for "classics" to play or gift. They also seemed to have a ton of open table space for gaming, which many "friendly local game stores" across the country don't have due to space restrictions. Spent two hours in here and c

Don't buy from these people they just rip you off. I bought a Knight Castellen but instead got half spruces from a different model. I doubt these people even bothered looking in the box before posting it online

I have been buying from them online for years. I finally had a chance to visit and was not disappointed. Nay. I was thrilled, almost overwhelmed. The staff is friendly, helpful, and engaging. The store carries everything I could ever need. There are paints, table top gaming, board games, books, miniatures, pins, magnets, bags. dice, etc. They have many tables for casual play. There is a whole wall of bulk cards to sift through. Meanwhile, they have a robust collection of vintage cards. They have vintage games sprinkled throughout the store. The only downsides are that they don't carry the m

Always has a great selection, and a huge area for in-store gaming whether you’re trying out their games or playing in one of their hosted tournaments. It’s really convenient to purchase online and then go pick up in store. The employees can be a little introverted, but overall really great place.
