  If I could I’d leave zero stars but it made me leave one. First off I called to ask a question and in mid conversation they hung up on me. In good faith I wanted to give them a second chance and to be honest Idk how Otaku has been in business since 2017.. they claim to have people come from far and wide for their selection, which was not all that grate and the prices were all overpriced. Their staff was not friendly. I was in the store for 15 minutes and not one person said hi, can I help you? Or anything. Another customer had to go to the office behind the register just to get help.   Most friendly and fun card store in Tucson! Filled with tons of niche card games and 100’s of figures to pick from. The staff is beyond amazing and more than helpful with any needs you have. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home for all your game needs!

  I am going to start off this review by saying this. I originally discovered the store a few years ago when trying to find other stores in town that sold model kits other than Hobby lobby or Ace hardware. When I first stopped in there they a large selection of models. Including some you would have to go all the way to Phoenix to find. They even had a small dog running around the place which I did mind at first. The reasoning why I am giving the rating I am. Is because of the deteriorating quality of the store.   This was an attempt to try and add a new store to my places I go to game. I participate in a game that requires an app from the manufacturer to register for the events. This process works successfully for a half dozen other stores I already frequent. Otaku nation runs into two issues here. First the information in their app listing is scarce (which if they are running evens as the manufacturer recommends would not be a problem) However even the start time for the events does not reflect in the app when the event actually starts.   "Great place to gather and have fun" Wife and I have been here a few times during our escapades up to Tucson. The staff (at least the few people we've encountered) are friendly and very helpful. One of the best things about this store is that it's one of the few (if not the only place) that sells and has a wide selection of weiß schwarz cards. I've bought a few 7DS booster boxes here. They also have a nice selection of candles 🕯

  The shop owner is super nice! They sell a lot of neat otaku/anime related merchandise, its clean and an organized space, great quality products, monthly events too! The shop has a lot of neat items from local artist, like artwork and handmade jewelry and accessories. They also have an awesome selection of collector items and plushies😍

  Locally owned shop that sells a wide variety of product at great value prices. Products include trading cards, local art, action figures, model kits, and supplies for said hobbies. Local trading card game tournaments for Dragon Ball Super, Vanguard, Final Fantasy, and many other Japanese TCGs are played. This is a great place to meet up with friends and try out new card games that most stores don’t sell product for.
