  My brother and I were out Pokémon card shopping. We stumbled upon this cool pokemon card hobby shop called PokeVikie in Milpitas. Bill was really nice and shared his knowledge. We bought the Surging Sparks Elite Trainer Box at a market price. He is very helpful in explaining things like the trends, drops, and Pokémon card terminology nice. My brother grabbed a few single packs from this store as well. Definitely worth checking if you are avid collector of Pokémon cards or looking to buy cards at a good price.

  Purchased: One day I was looking to catch them all and came across this business. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices and selection. I checked a few other businesses to compare and I ended up back here. Since, I've purchased numerous individual cards and packs to rip too. Most recently was a Charizard UPC & JPN booster box purchase. Atmosphere: The owners are welcoming and the place always seems to be a bit busy. The customer service is phenomenal.   Great new shop that just opened up. Super friendly staff that seem like they just want to help collectors at an affordable price. Product is confirmed legit and affordable, as soon as I walked in a customer pulled the bubble Mew card and a Charizard chase card. I got some singles and they price matched them on TCG Player for me. Which was really refreshing compared to some other shops that charge $4 for a $1 single card. Super cool experience and I'm excited to see how their business grows. Definitely will be back and will bring friends.

  While I have no doubt that this store provides an excellent in-store experience based on the reviews and ratings, my online experience was unfortunately different. I ordered a booster box online and followed up after a few days to request order details. Shortly after, I received a cancellation notice without explanation. I do appreciate the prompt refund; however, greater transparency at the beginning would have been appreciated.
