  My son was not swinging it around until it broke. I called the store to apologize because I was angry and took it out on the employee. I would love to see the so called security footage you speak of. My husband took my kids to the mall and my 10 year old picked up a stuffed animal by the string and it came out. The girl working told us we had to buy it because we broke it. My husband didn’t want the argument and bought it. My son is sobbing because he was only looking at it. What a crock. She said they do not accept returns and refused to let me return it. Awful. Don’t go in or touch a thing

  such a good selection of pop culture merch, japanese snacks & drinks, as well as anime/studio ghibli stuff and even k pop merch. the workers were all so kind and attentive, especially Leah!! She was so enthusiastic and was very knowledgeable about the products and media and I really enjoyed talking to her. Kailani was also very nice and helpful!!

  I’ve been shopping there for 5 years and I believe this store is awesome! This is how I discovered my hobby and love of building model kits and figurine collecting. I also love the snacks and drinks they have there as well. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise they sell. 10/10 I’ll be shopping there again!

  09/16/23 at 1:10pm eastern time. My daughter and I when shopping for my son birthday at the Countryside Mall. So we stopped by this store because my son love pika chu. What happened was my daughter found a keychain, she bought it to the register but then we decided not to get it. My daughter wanted to leave the keychain at the counter but I told her to put it back where she got it from the rack for them.   I really did love this store, and love to spend lots of money when I come here because theres lots of cute stuff. Last time I was in I bought my partner and I matching shirts (2 for $45). I noticed (10 days after purchasing) that one of the shirts was severely defective, and the graphic printed on it was very noticeably off center. Not wanting to waste money on something defective that would never be worn, i called the store and asked if i could return or exchange the product as i was certain there was something in the store id like to exchange enough for the defective product.   My daughter was at the store located at Countryside mall in Clearwater Fl. The employee kept looking at her and eventually went up to her and accused her of stealing. She then realized that nothing had been stolen and apologized. The employee’s behavior was unacceptable because she didn’t actually see anything happen, she assumed. Thankfully my daughter showed the employee the merchandise which was still on the rack. The store’s excuse is that it’s small and things have gotten stolen without them noticing. How about not accusing and pointing fingers unless they’re certain. This was harassment
