  POPnGAMES is a solid game store that’s continued to improve over time. While the selection initially felt a bit more limited than what I personally look for, I can absolutely see how it would appeal to a lot of other players. I’m one of those tabletop folks who doesn’t love painting, so I used to lean heavily toward finding unique, second-hand models. At the time, I thought that was an area the store could expand into—and it turns out they listened.   Ordered some OP-13 from them online, and across the country. Arrived in great condition, well packaged, and they included the release promo packs! I only get a couple booster boxes of each set when they come out, and this was the first time I ordered from here. It is insanely rare a store ever includes the bonus packs when I order from them online, so I am very happy to have gotten them. Definitely got me as a consistent customer.

  The fact that I don’t have to plan a whole day to go out to Long Island to look at retro games is great. The place is deceptively big inside and really well organized, so you’ll find a lot of stuff without realizing and everywhere you look. Staff is cool and helpful and I’d say the prices are fair to good, especially with the older games. Really cool little place kinda tucked away deep in Whitestone but definitely worth the trip.

  came in bought the wrong controller , damaged box came in 1 hour later to ask to change controller to correct one. wouldn’t change controller doesn’t know the difference between the controllers says they are all the same it’s nice to have a neighborhood game store to go to but i won’t be coming back here bad customer service in my opinion should of went to best buy or target they would of easily switched my controller out to the correct one, updating review the controller i purchased from here right trigger isn’t working at all i felt bad at first but i’m glad i left this review after all

  This is a hidden gem in a good area of Queens. The fact that this place is so local amazes me. They were originally a few blocks from their current location now but for them to be in business for at least more than a decade now they must be doing something good. Every time I come here as a collector I find decently priced games, collectibles and ideas for my next purchase. Employees are super chill and don’t bother u.
