  Where to begin with this horrible money hungry card store. First of all selling your cards to this store is an absolute scam. Not to mention the horrible costumer service on the skinny girl at the corner. I wasnt given an option on what i wantes to get for selling my cards the only question this girl gave me was do you have an account with us and had me standing like an idiot for 40-45 minutes without a clue of what transaction i was getting.   Got my cards graded here and I would never have sent my cards any if I see any damage. I sleeve and check my cards on the spot. I went for the 3rd time to send out a card for grading. I was told you now have to take them out of your sleeve and put them in this hard to open sleeve plastic. I checked it first and ask if she could open it because I have one hand and refused to do it to damage the card. She couldn’t even open it herself but proceeded to take the card and do it after she took it for someone else to do it agreeing that it was difficult. I received my card back and of course you can

  I had such a positive experience coming here! It was my first time since we came for my sister’s birthday. The atmosphere was so welcoming and makes a great place to come with friends.   Updating my review after the owner reached out and handled this properly. This is one of the best card shops I’ve been to — great selection and very helpful staff. On a previous visit, there was a checkout mistake where another customer’s items were accidentally included in my order, which made the total higher than it should have been. It took a moment to catch, but it was corrected and I paid the right amount. The owner personally responded, took it seriously, and made it clear this isn’t how they run their business.   Horrible service. Multiple pokemon binders unavailable on a Friday afternoon due to the being restocked. Large boxes that look like bulk card boxes and have pricing on the cards were left in the middle of tables unattended and when I tried to look at them I was scolded by the staff saying only staff can touch them. I had to ask multiple times to have cards pulled from a case and kept having associates say they were about to help me and my family and they immediately got pulled by other people for “a quick question”. It was horribly unprofessional and an extreme disappointment how disrespectfu
