  The kids have so much fun here. We’ve never left without having great conversations about how we can be more like the owner, who always makes us feel like we’re the most important people in the world. He’s extremely knowledgeable, always sharing facts about anything the kids are interested in. He’s extremely welcoming, taking tons of time with us like we’re family.   They definitely think they are smarter than you. Look elsewhere. Bad customer service. Update. Made a phone call to the shop. Whoever answered was not pleasant. This review is purely based on a phone exchange. Lost a lot during the Hurricanes in Florida, so I called many shops across the country to promote an aution. Not interested, no biggie. You dont care about what happened, that's really ok. Just called to give people in the industry i have an auction on whatsnot, considering I very pleasantly communicated "I'm liquidating my sports cards at a really cheap auction rate", I don't understan
