Excellent and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have a great selection of Funko Pop, G.I. Joe Comics and Games. Their prices are really reasonable. I am taking my business to these guys from now on.

Retro Exchange has easily become one of my favorite stores, especially when it comes to vintage items. They have a smaller section near the registers dedicated to vintage collectibles, but I’ve been in four times now and it’s always changing. There’s almost always something new that catches my eye. The same employee has helped me each visit — not sure of his name, but he’s a younger guy with longer hair. What really stands out is how knowledgeable he is. I’m probably twice his age, yet he clearly knows his stuff when it comes to toys from my childhood that I’m actively collecting. He’s great

Cool figs but I don’t recommend going here to try and trade in or sell any of your collectibles, they have Queue which is pretty standard for most places but a 5 hour wait to check out two figures is insane not to mention the lady dropped one of my figures on its head. After about 5 hours of waiting one of the workers told me that there was queue and that it could take up to 72 hours which is also insane considering the store wasn’t very packed. All in all they offered me 180 store credit or 150 cash which is no where near the price of even one of the figures I had brought in. If you’re going

We’ve been to Retro Exchange twice now since they moved to their new location, and it has quickly become one of our favorite spots in the West Valley for vintage toys. There aren’t many places on our side of town that carry this kind of selection (we usually end up in Phoenix), so this shop is a gem. We also visit Tri-Force in Glendale, and Retro Exchange fits right into that level of quality for collectors. My husband collects Star Wars and GI Joe, and I collect Masters of the Universe — the prices here are very fair, and a lot of the pieces are complete, which is a big deal for collectors.

I've been here so often, can't believe I haven't written a review yet 😅 This is my favorite place! Anytime I've brought in something to trade I feel like I'm getting a great deal, same as when I'm making a purchase. The staff are very friendly and take time to get to know their customers; since I love Sonic, anytime I come in they point me right to any new Sonic items. Nearly everyday they get something new in so there's something for everyone. I love this place so much, I'm here nearly every week!! 10/10

A very cool place. Some items were priced better than others but all on all it seemed pretty fair. The owners/ managers seemed pretty easy to deal with and seemed like they would help you out or try to help you in any way they can. It was a very enjoyable experience. But staring at toys is always an enjoyable experience for me

This is a great new store. Owner has a great background and knowledge in collectibles. Lots of parking well lit. Lots of great product and well priced. Good hours. Great social platforms and e-commerce. Buys, sells and trades. Tons of action figures, comics and toys. Trading cards as well. Check out this place. Highly recommended. Kid friendly as well
