  Bid on two items at the Tech game 11-17-25. I received a phone call 12-18-25 to let me know that I had won them. They took payment that day and stated they would ship immediately. January 10th rolls around and still no items. My wife called and spoke to Amber and she apologized and said they would ship them that day. Tried calling multiple times 2-3-26 no answer, left a voicemail. No one called back. Finally was able to get Amber to answer on 2-4-26 my wife demanded a refund and Amber tried apologizing again and offering a discount. At this point I’m curious how long it’s going to take to get

  Terrible follow through and service. I bid and won on two items at the Texas Tech/Oklahoma State game. I received a phone call a week later to get my credit card information. I gave it to them and was told it would be a couple weeks to get it shipped. I then get a call a week and 1/2 later asking for my credit card information. I told them I gave that to them already, and they asked for my name and said they saw my shipment. Another 2 weeks and nothing came. I called and left a voicemail, no return call. I checked my card., and it was never charged, thankfully. I will not bid on these

  Got a Patrick Mahomes KC jersey at silent auction at Texas Tech vs Cincinnati game. It took nearly 2 weeks before I could pay for the item. I had to call them to initiate the payment because they hadn’t gone through the bid sheets yet. After paying, it took 4 weeks to arrive. I had to call numerous times and send messages to finally send me the item. The item arrived with bottom right corner of the frame damaged; it was clearly packaged that way.   Have bought, and really enjoyed a few pieces both from the website and from E-Bay. Had one issue, where I ordered something, and it sat for several weeks and didn't ship, and I probably overreacted, and cancelled the order. I regret that, because until that time, they had shipped quickly, had great customer service, and went out of their way to accommodate me on one special item. They did offer to make it right. Don't hesitate to do business with them, this is a good business, and good people.

  Scam, beware … quick to take payment never received any of the helmets, footballs, photos, jerseys I ordered even though i was told they were ready to ship that day. Called back several times over several weeks, gave them 30+ days, they created a UPS label with no tracking updates , they created just the label UPS has never received the package. Thank god my credit card company had my back. Never heard of this company but since they were at the Texas tech game set up inside the stadium. I thought they were legit. scam be careful.

  I would give 0 stars if possible. I will start with the fact that I have written one other review in my life... I always try to give the benefit of the doubt and understand that not everything runs perfectly. However, the customer service here is remarkably bad... I ordered an autographed jersey and 3 weeks after ordering I get a call that basically said they essentially sold it to someone else. What?
