  SK Games is a great place overall. The location is convenient, the environment is welcoming, and the people there are genuinely kind and enjoyable to be around. It’s the kind of shop that makes you want to come back and be part of the community. The only drawback I experienced was during a three-month period when I wasn’t working. Most of the tournaments I attended—Yu-Gi-Oh, Gundam, and Union Arena—required an entry fee. While the staff graciously waived my fee and I didn’t receive packs, it was still a bit embarrassing not being able to fully participate due to money. It creates an unintende

  I have lived in several cities and have visited just about every game store in town and I can confidently say that this is my favorite spot to play, buy, and sell trading cards. The community here is well build, welcoming, and excited to see anyone show interest in one of the many games available. The staff exemplifies this and are perfect examples of what it means to be welcoming, fair, and encouraging for all players of all ages. Especially Cayle.   Met SK games at the Permian Basin Comic Con at Midland. And from right off the start Ian the owner was an amazing person and very grateful for the interaction. His product at the convention was amazing the deals were outstanding. Overall a great experience and had a moment I would never forget the rest of my life. And whenever I go to Lubbock I’m definitely going to their store and I’ll probably be there all day.
