  We had such an amazing experience at this shop! From the moment we walked in, we were helped by a fantastic staff member named Des, who really went above and beyond. She was super knowledgeable about Pokémon cards and took the time to go through my daughter's collection, helping us figure out which cards were more valuable. Des was also incredibly kind and generous, letting my daughter trade for some of the cards she really wanted. But what really stood out was how Des handled a little emergency we had. My daughter suddenly felt dizzy and actually fainted. Des was right there, got us a chair,

  I've shopped here a few times. Sometimes I buy individual cards, sometimes I buy boxes. Everyone is friendly and in the past the boxes cost the same there as they do everywhere else. Recently I bought a bought a box of cards. It was the first box of this type that I bought, so I was unaware that retail on this box was 50 dollars, and I ended up paying 65 dollars for the box. So, nice people, cool place to buy individual cards, but apparently they've started selling their boxes a scalper prices, I'll be buying boxes at other places.

  Mostly retail boxes that they buy off scalpers. Today they were openly dealing with scalpers who had boxes of retail product. They bought from the scalpers and turned around 30 seconds later to sell at a markup to a customer. Never going back.
