  This my be my second ever post but the post online one price but when you come to the store to grab it, it cost more.. like I found box and all kinds of stuff for good deals not one of the deals I saw and when I showed him, (the owner) , he said you have to order off there and I was like ok if I order everything and pay for it can I just grab it now or 2marrow? And he said now you'd have to wait for the mail. Soooo sketchy plus they give you nothing for you card weather there hotnor not and the 30% cash price is laughable! Employees and lazy and ignore the owner tried to be cheery.

  My family and I went in to check out the pokemon collection. The dude with the glasses and the beard didnt care to answer my husband's questions about any product in the store, instead he continuously started conversations with me about reptiles. For a total of 45 minutes we were in the store and not a single person came in. You'd think you'd wanna take care of the possible customers that are in your store instead of trying to make moves on a woman who's holding her baby and her other child and husband are looking at the products in the store.

  I recently visited this card shop and was really disappointed with the customer service. The guy working there was extremely rude and had a bad attitude from the moment I walked in. I asked a few simple questions about pricing and availability, and he responded in a dismissive and irritated tone like I was bothering him. Instead of being helpful, he made the experience uncomfortable. As someone who enjoys collecting and supporting local shops, I expect at least basic respect and professionalism.   They tried to charge $60 for a prerelease event, with the justification that “online prices are this.” In my experience, prerelease events are meant to be community-focused and fairly priced, not tied to online market values. The pricing felt out of step with what most players expect from a prerelease and made the environment feel unwelcoming. Unfortunately, this left a negative impression and makes me hesitant to attend future events here.

  The workers are seriously soooo rude. I came in with my boyfriend the other day and I liked their bearded dragon! I talked to the worker about it and he seemed nice/receptive. Then my boyfriend asked him some questions about cards and the worker was rude. I felt really uncomfortable and tried to lighten the mood up. My boyfriend asked another question and the worker continued to be rude, sarcastic, and did a bad job at answering the question. I reviewed other comments and the replies from the shop are so disappointing. What’s with the hostility?!

  I’ve been to Snapcasters about 5 times now mostly on the way to my girlfriends house. Every time I go in there the owner is rude, condescending and belittling. I am no expert in either Pokemon or One Piece TCG and asked questions which were met with snarky not helpful replies. Was thinking about going to an event held here but decided I would rather wait and go to a more inviting atmosphere than condemn myself to Snapcasters.
