  Friendly staff greeted us upon entering and were very helpful. They suggested a variety of packs to satisfy new or even the most die hard of collectors. No pressure sales, comfortable AC, and a large selection. Great first time experience for both new and veteran collectors!

  People there were great everyone was nice. The side room for the gaming with very spacious only thing that bothered me was the pricing being just A LITTLE over what I would expect and the sign at the entrance that says no customers to customers sales. They do have ALOT of product but makes me wound if it’s because of the pricing?

  The staff comes off as non friendly, I got there and the guy with long hair did not greet, or even acknowledge soni had to wait until he was done to where he just said whats up. This is not the first time. They overprice all of their products they selling starter decks worth 15$ at 60$ claiming that tcg player price which is ridiculous. They over price everything and they even blocked me in Facebook for calling them out.

  We went in search of pokemon cards for our 7yr old. Should of known better from the sign outside for this business. Not welcoming at all!! Customer service lacks really bad!! The short guy at the register had a horrible attitude. Aside from nasty unwashed hands. The lighting in the place is so dim you might as well go to a bar. It was our first and for sure last time going there. Place was over hyped and priced. The parking was no better. Don't waste your time!!! More of a over grown middle schooler hang out than a professional busines. Damn shame!! Trying to support local, but not like this.

  *Update* staff has contacted me to issue an apology after I brought this issue to their attention. I went in again and their customer service was great. *** Been coming here since 2017 and always had good experiences. The products are awesome and they cater to the majority of my hobbies. As of recently though there has been one staff member who seems very ill tempered whenever I go in, it’s the shorter gentleman out of all the staff. I went in to pick an order of cards, and after he went through the whole list he read out the total for my order. I then told him that I was gonna pick up some ca

  It’s what you’d expect a card/game store to be. Staff is in their own world, it’s hard to see the prices. Not family friendly the staff was swearing. Okay for small things, anything else online is the clear winner. Especially cards, sellers will at least entertain offers online.
