  I love supergames. I've been going for roughly 10 years now and the staff are all great. The community is solid. The events are plentiful. Sadly I'm the recent year they have pivoted to selling their sealed product at competitive market prices, comparable with tcgplayer, or even eBay. This feels incredibly unfriendly to your customers, as it is effectively scalping within your own storefront. Why would any average person but product in your store when they could go to major retailers and buy it for 80% less? Those stores are your competitors, not online individuals. Don't be the bad guys.   The place is great in the evenings. I've been there once before when it was dark out, was a great time. Only problem is, I don't think they've cleaned their tables since they got them. They're grimy and dirty, doesn't feel sanitary to sit there at *all*. I would recommend, but mainly for buying things. Sticking around feels like begging for getting sick.

  I read some of the stories about this place online and wanted to check it out. Pros: an enormous selection of cards. Cons: prices are okay. It felt more like an online storefront than a physical retailer. The employees seemed to care more about bickering about store drama than helping us out. This was our first time going but also probably our last. Good in a pinch, but not really my vibe for a game store.

  I’ve been to super games 3 or 4 times now and have yet to have a good experience. The space itself has much potential. With that said, never have I been to a shop with such disregard for their customers and the customer experience. The employees here are more interested in talking with each other than helping and assisting customers. When checking out, the boy helping me at the counter turned his back on me to continue his conversation mid transaction and never turned back to say anything else. I finished the transaction myself, grabbed my things, and left the store. Never coming back. I would

  Had an online order fulfilled incorrectly, so I called up the store. Everything was squared away, had the corrected mailed to me next day free of charge, and I was even able to keep a card I was incorrectly sent. Their packaging was perfect, everything arrived in the specified condition, pretty much everything I could have hoped for. I'll definitely be ordering from them again soon

  I love the TCG community and the amazing art on modern cards, so it's a shame that a store with so much potential falls short on the basics. I've visited Super Games on multiple occasions, and the customer service has been consistently disappointing. My most recent visit was the final straw. I came in with cards to sell and sat at the designated counter. Despite spending 15-20 minutes sorting them, with multiple employees in the store and no other customers to help, no one ever acknowledged me or offered assistance.   Stopped today to buy a starter deck for a TCG. Official release date is today (1/16). It's been all over the game manufacturer's marketing for months. Shop had them in stock, but refused to sell. Thanks for wasting my time. Buy your stuff online, it's not any cheaper here.
