  Absolutely amazing selection! They had great prices and tons of old comics. The nicer ones they even have a likely grade on them if you wanted to buy it for that. The graded selection was also really great. Not a lot of stores have as good of a selection!

  I can’t say enough how amazing this place is! Steven (or Stephen?) and Ken are the best. I found this place when I moved to Portland and keep coming back. I usually only ever collected and read Flash comics from the 60s-80s and found myself branching out here. They recommend the best comics, based off what you know you already love or just recommend good stuff in general. Happy I found this place, if you’re reading this, this is your sign to go in. They also have a program that’s I recently joined which has been awesome.

  Fantastic store. My first time in and will definitely be back. Great $1 bins and a TON of collected sets for very reasonable prices. The staff member was super friendly and knowledgeable- I asked a couple of questions about some comics I had never seen before and he hopped on the internet and looked up the info on the spot. A great little neighborhood too, with a couple of cool restaurants and others shops. Great find, will for sure go back.

  The most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. Moses did a phenomenal job explaining different comics and was so patient with me being naive, asking a lot of questions, and being a general noob. I came in to buy a "first-comic" for my nephew and he was so helpful with his recommendations and explanations. I will definitely be back for the few things I found for myself and encourage everyone to come in and look around and ask questions! I guarantee you'll find something you like!

  Came in first time, instantly was welcomed and helped by multiple people. Had a great Free Comic Book Day celebration and sale. I ended up not having enough for 1 of them and the sales rep gave it to me for free. Would definitely recommend and will come back. Old comics, new, they had both.

  Most Comic or video game buyers will try for the best price they can get when buying from a customer... I can say with confidence that the gentleman at Cloud 9 gave a fair price according to the market and with explanations as to why. In a visually attractive neighborhood area, this shop is not the only place to go, but a definite must go for sure. Lots of cool issues displayed and most for sale. Thanks Cloud 9
