"Great guys, I tried to trade some of my magic cards. They were very helpful. And informed me of the best options, even though it didn’t benefit them. You don’t come across people like that nowadays. Everyone just looking out for themselves. Definitely would recommend them."

Not a great store for new players imo. They are super unwelcoming on discord telling people to go shop other places which I guess is their right as a business. They overcharge new people while giving better prices to people who play there which I guess makes sense if you don’t want to grow your community or player base? Just seems like they run things backwards. Kind of a tight spot and not sure why they have carpet as the place has an odor to it. I was able to find other stores hosting pre release events that were super welcoming when compared to this place but to each their own. I was really

Spoke with the owner, Michael, over the phone and was shocked by how rude and dismissive he was. Completely unprofessional and not how customers should be treated. There are plenty of other card shops that actually value their customers. Will be telling all of my friends and family to take their business elsewhere. No human being should be treated like this, if you don't like people, you do not need to interact with them and be in a customer service environment. Learn to be kind and spread positivity.

Please ignore the recent 1 star reviews from people upset they can't go to a store for one single One Piece event and take product away from the players who actually play at that shop, never to go there again. The store's policy is that if you are a regular there, you show up, you play in locals, they will treat you like a king because they want to keep supporting the players who go to their shop. I'm in there at least twice a week at two different game's locals, and guess what? I get MSRP boxes when everyone else on the Island is selling them for Market prices. Every game they run local eve

Couldn’t have been a better experience. Went in randomly with my business partner and his son, and even though they didn’t have the rare Gambit comic we were on the hunt for, they were so helpful in helping us find other rare editions, Pokémon starter sets and a rare radiant charzard for the collection. They also gave us some incredible tokens as well, to make a little kids first comic store experience, unforgettable. Well done boys. What it’s all about.

Talked with the owner and just from our quick conversation, he was very rude. I asked for his name (Michael) and after he gave it, he quickly hung up on me while I was mid-sentence. Originally asked him some questions about an event, and he said word for word “I don’t care if you signed up on time, it’s first come first serve.” Clearly he had no time for customer service, or maybe it isn’t something Michael cares about.

i came in to browse some of the cards here and when i walked in no one acknowledged me. after a few minutes someone who wasn’t even an employee came up to me and asked what i need help with. i browsed the card selection for a bit and noticed they’re selling a card for $15 when the market price of this card is under $1. the shop owner eventually emerged from the bathroom and was quite rude and unpleasant. i wanted to give this place a chance but i will not be coming back. rip n ship gaming and smoke n mirrors hobby are much more professional establishments with fair pricing and kind staff.

I went there 1 day with my see what they were all about.Because the reviews said that they're very good and explain what kids how to play the game booking mark. But the person that was there had, I showed no interest of helping us or even to be curious, to see if we needed any assistance only there was walk back-and-forth, I could understand that he was opening the store that you think it would take a moment just to check on people that are standing there to see if they needed any help, which he did, which is sad. Also, because I'm from the neighborhood and I live in a neighborhood before mos
