  The store itself is great clean, organized, and run by friendly staff who clearly care about what they do. Unfortunately, the pricing really brings down the experience.A product with a $50 MSRP cost them about 35-40$ distro was priced at $100 for non-members and $80 for members, even though the membership itself costs $20. So even after paying to join, you’re still paying above retail. I respect that small shops have overhead and can’t always match online prices, but doubling MSRP crosses the line from reasonable markup to gouging. It’s frustrating because this could easily be one of the best

  So I went to a weekend tournament here and while I was playing both restrooms suddenly flooded and I wasn’t allowed to use them anymore. I was expected to walk up a frozen dark hill towards a McDonald’s, well I didn’t make it in time and I had an accident. I had to finish the tournament in soiled clothes and was cheated out of getting into the top 8. Also some poor dude was forced to walk around the store for hours and watch his buddy play cuz they somehow didn’t have enough room for him. This place isn’t friendly towards its customers at all.

  I’m not sure if there’s something nefarious going on at that place or if I’m that unlucky. I just bought an avatar pre-release box from them. I opened it up to find the promo card and special unique pack of cards missing. So I paid $50 for $40 worth of normal play boosters. That is very frustrating Update: Becky from Game Shoppe reached out to me and explained how a lot of those pre-release boxes are missing stuff for some reason. She was very nice and helped me get the missing contents of the box i purchased. I’m leaving off a star because the box I wanted and bought was the green Ava
