  Very shocked that $1800 of signed items came piled on eachother rattling around during shipment across the country in a thin box with NO packing materials or protection whatsoever. And then they chose to sloppily put the signature authentication QR barcode ON THE PHOTO itself ?!?! instead of on the back of photo… so the QR barcode ruins the signed photo…..!!! Not even stuck on straight and you cant peel it off. Who does that?! Will never buy from this place again.

  My son and I saw their boots outside the Panthers bills game. We end up getting three or four mini helmet mystery boxes of mystery football box and a mystery jersey box. It was a lot of fun and we came away with a lot of great things. To the point that all my son has asked for for Christmas is more mystery boxes and that is all he has asked for! Would highly recommend.

  So my son and I got into autographs and memorabilia back in 2018. After 5 years of collecting we have become more selective on which auto's we want and need. All of the memorabilia is for my son, I just get to look at it, lol. We have purchased several items in the past from TSE like a full speed replica Stefon Diggs helmet.   I sent in an order for a signed mini helmet James Cook for my grandsons birthday..it was a pre-order when it came it was the wrong helmet and these guys asked when his birthday was and they would do everything they could to get it to me ontime..well let me tell you they figured everything out and that mini helmet was at my door the day before his birthday!!   I have to say I first ordered the mystery football and I received a ball that was signed by a player that was not on the list which I did not see under the list it also said or any other bills player . My fault completely I called and spoke with Peter he is a manager and was completely helpful and great. We talked and I sent the football back only thing I had to do was pay for shipping which was 11.00 dollars. They received the ball and within one day they sent out another football and it was none other than number 83 Andre Reed. So fricken happy thank you Peter will do business in the future
