  Stock is overall fairly priced, well organized, and good variety, but the pricing system on singles needs some major overhauls. Checking out about $5 of bulk singles took 25 minutes of individually looking up every card, and in a group of 2 other people Doing the same thing as me, took way longer than it should have (45-60 minutes). Definitely need to change that one feature, as waiting half an hour to check out 15 bulk cards is not it. I must confirm this was for BULK cards only, not the cards in the cases.

  Harvey (owner) and his team are great every time we go in. My son was trying to fill out a master set and Harvey personally pulled each card my son needed from a collection the store had just purchased. Very knowledgeable of the product and the market, and has everything you might need for all your TCG needs! Highly recommend

  Everything about this store is awesome. I recently got back into collecting Pokemon after 10-15 years, so I came here once to see what they had- safe to say I quickly became a regular/frequent flyer. The shop is extremely well-stocked and they have more than fair prices even in this tough market. They also offer extremely fair trade-in/cash rates for cards you bring in. The shop is very clean, well organized, and every single staff member I’ve interacted with is extremely kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I could not recommend these guys more!!

  I drove over an hour from Dallas to attend the Pokémon Cup on February 15 at 2:00 PM. The event mentioned online registration but did not clearly state that it was mandatory. I arrived 10 minutes early with my deck list fully printed and ready to pay my entry fee. I was greeted when I walked in, but it took several minutes before I was informed whether I could participate due to space. After waiting, I was told there were no spots available.   Ive usually had an ok time here. Prices are kinda hit and miss but overall a good experience. Until today when I walked in to make a purchase and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes and none of the 3 people working the counter decided to acknowledge or approach me. Wasn't busy, only one other couple in the place. Just seems either disrespectful or lack of awareness. Either way, I walked out and probably wont be going back.
