  A Pokemon-only shop that sells everything from games, toys, and cards! They have a wide variety of cards that aren’t horribly priced considering the current card situation, and the plushes they sell are often rare or exclusive to Japan! The people in the store are friendly and definitely know what they’re talking about. They’re absolutely Pokemon fans, too! My favorite aspect of the store is the huge wall-to-wall custom mural in the back with the play tables! It’s a work in progress at the moment, but it’ll be fun watching the progress as time goes on!

  The staff is super friendly and very knowledge about all things Pokémon. The are great with kids of all ages and have all kinds of things got them, mostly on Sunday I believe. Their card selection changes our regularly and includes regular cards and harder to find cards! Every Pokemon fan definitely needs to check out the Trainer Center in HB!

  I'm new to collecting Pokemon, my son got us into it. It's been a great thing for us to bond and connect. Chef and the staff have always been extremely patient as my son asked a lot of questions and Chef himself spent about an hour with us going through my son's cards to help us figure out what to grade. I am honored to support this small business and am lucky to have a shop and people I can trust right in my backyard.

  My partner and I travel a lot and have seen a wide range of shops in the U.S & Cali, this was one of the few that stood out to us. I'm glad we stopped by; owner & Staff were very pleasant! Product was reasonably priced; the owner was sweet enough to cut us a deal and sold this 2024 Worlds Riolu plush under market price (due to some pricing confusion given by another employee). They have a lot of cool Pokémon center merchandise & older/limited product from several years ago. Such a hidden gem! I highly recommend checking them out and supporting them! They aren't another copy/paste card/collect

  The Trainer Center? More Like The Scalping Center I heard of this card store from a trader I met last month and they told me I needed to go to their weekly trade night. When I walked in I was greeted with smiles from all the locals and I had a great time meeting people. Binders were open and trades were happening effortlessly at a steady pace throughout the store. I found myself thinking “Maybe this is my new spot?”… but then I heard something that made my mouth drop. One of the store owners was off to the side with an 8 person group of high school aged kids.   This place is so wholesome, and the owner, Chef, is truly a good human. It is obvious how much he cares about the community, with so many thoughtful and intentional events and opportunities for kids, families, and collectors to gather, be creative, and share the love of pokemon.
