  Worst Customer Service ever!! The guy working today 11/5/25 @ 11am, was so incredibly rude, I decided not to buy anything. Had he been a bit friendlier, we would have spent some dollars. But his attitude ruined it. Stuff is overpriced as well. Very Unfortunate.

  I’m never empowered to review a store, except for when I experience abysmal customer service from POS working 7/20/25 around 3:30pm. Arrogant, cold, pompous customer service. My son was waiting to spend money on his last day before we flew home but we will never spend money or visit this sorry excuse of a store.

  The store itself looks awesome and the collectibles on hand are cool but a bit over priced. They may be associated with another store at Caesar's palace. They tend to have sports celebrities visit on occasion to sign autographs and take pictures.

  The guy working the front desk sucks. Pissed that I took a few pictures for some potential pieces for our office and seemed annoyed and less interested on a potential buyer. Everything was also way over priced and their sales tactic of marking everything down 50-60% is the slimiest way of pricing pieces. This place is a joke, just like the guy working at the store.

  Went in yesterday to look around and I took a picture of something of interest the individual behind the counter looked upset and ask why Iwas taking a picture and when I asked did they carry any New York attire he seemed bothered I than showed him a tattoo of a NY team on my sleeve and he stated why are you showing me that but he didn’t even look poor customer service would not recommend this place.
